One-Time Request. Members may Collect a Child’s Online Contact Information from the Child for the sole purpose of responding directly, on a one-time basis, to a specific request from the Child. Members that Collect the Child’s Online Contact Information from a Child under this exception must not use the information to re- contact the Child after the initial response and must Delete the Child’s Personal Information. Direct notice is not required under this exception. (312.5(c)(3))
