Ongoing Guidance and Performance Review. To promote the achievement and maintenance of satisfactory work performance by staff members, supervisors are responsible for providing regular, on-going review of their performance throughout the year. In addition, staff members shall be entitled to a formal, written, annual review consistent with the objectives stated in Article 6.03.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.

  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.
