Ongoing Process. 3.1 The Parties commit to engage in an ongoing process of dialogue through regular leadership meetings to achieve the purposes of this Accord and, where possible, develop common understandings, strategies and/or positions on identified issues of mutual concern or priority.
Ongoing Process. The parties to this DCA acknowledge and agree that the Desired Elements set forth in Section 1.3 represent the goals for the scope of the Project that the Project as envisioned is still evolving and that full Project programming will be the responsibility of P3 as more fully described in Article 2 of this DCA. The final Project elements, the specific uses, the sizes, and the operators may change or be modified by joint agreement by Xxxxxx City and the Trust, in consultation with P3, to suit final funding and revenue projections.
Ongoing Process. It is the sense of the Congress that the Xxx- xxxxxx Process Certification Scheme, officially launched on January 1, 2003, is an ongoing proc- ess. The President should work with Partici- pants to strengthen the Xxxxxxxxx Process Cer- tification Scheme through the adoption of meas- ures for the sharing of statistics on the produc- tion of and trade in rough diamonds, and for monitoring the effectiveness of the Xxxxxxxxx Process Certification Scheme in stemming trade in diamonds the importation or exportation of which is not controlled through the Xxxxxxxxx Process Certification Scheme.
