Project Elements. The South Australian River Xxxxxx Irrigation Efficiency element will deliver competitively awarded grants to support on-farm and off-farm irrigation efficiency improvements. The South Australian River Xxxxxx Irrigation Efficiency element will be conducted through fair, transparent and competitive grant processes for the distribution of any funding to industry with robust governance arrangements and appeals processes. At least 50 per cent of water savings realised through the investment of public funds in this element will be returned to the State, to be consolidated and transferred by South Australia to the Commonwealth. Water savings will be returned to the State (on behalf of Commonwealth) as the first milestone of any individual irrigation efficiency funding agreement (under $5.0 million investment). For large projects approved for funding (greater than $5.0 million investment) a staged water return to the State (on behalf of Commonwealth) may be scheduled for the project. ‘Gap bridging’ water savings of 36 gigalitres long term average annual yield are expected to be returned to the Commonwealth from the South Australian River Xxxxxx Irrigation Efficiency and South Australian Water Purchase Program Elements in the form of South Australian River Xxxxxx Class 3 water access entitlements. Eligible activities for funding under the South Australian River Xxxxxx Irrigation Efficiency element include: on-farm irrigation improvements. Funding for irrigators to improve irrigation systems to improve water delivery to crops and water management on farm. off-farm irrigation improvements. Funding for upgrades to off-farm irrigation delivery infrastructure. Eligible activities under the South Australian River Xxxxxx Irrigation Efficiency Element will be subject to technical and legal due diligence assessment by Primary Industries and Regions South Australia (PIRSA), or other State Government agency delegated by South Australia to confirm the estimates of water savings, works proposed are properly costed and fit-for purpose and to determine the merit of funding. Projects under the South Australian River Xxxxxx Irrigation Efficiency Element will return at least 50 per cent of water savings to the Commonwealth at a project value of no more than 2.5 times the prevailing average market price of water access entitlements recovered. Project Elements. The permanent structures, site improvements and other permanent developments at the site specifically defined and specified in the Contract Documents requiring construction and services, which construction and services may constitute the whole or part of the Project.
Project Elements. The 156th Street Bridge will be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications produced by INDOT, as shown in Exhibit I to this Agreement (attached and herein incorporated by reference). There will be no access to U.S. 31 from 156th Street at the site of the 156th Street Bridge. As shown in Exhibit J to this Agreement (attached and herein incorporated by reference), the Parties estimate that the total cost of construction of the 156th Street Bridge is approximately $4,264,000.00. INDOT will let and construct the 156th Street Bridge as part of the contract(s) for the U.S. 31

Project Elements. NASA proposes a phased approach to achieving this regulatory reporting and information management innovative solution. The specific elements of these phases include the following: • Element No. 1 – Regulatory Relief and Flexibility; • Element No. 2 – CD-ROM Submittal and Web Page Construction; • Element No. 3 – Electronic Mail Submittal Notifications; • Element No. 4 – Public Access Section; • Element No. 5 – Testing, Technical Training, and Class I Permit Modification Phase-In; and • Element No. 6 – Graphics Interface and Archival Abilities.
Project Elements. The Villages MPD includes a mix of the following uses: residential, Commercial, Office, Light Industrial, Retail, educational, civic, Recreational Uses, trails and Open Space on 1,196 acres. This mix of uses will be comprised of the following, except as may be modified pursuant to Section 10.4.2: a maximum of 4,800 Dwelling Units (3,600 Single Family (MPD‐L and MPD‐M) and 1,200 Multi‐Family (MPD‐H and MPD‐M) Dwelling Units; a maximum of 775,000 square feet Floor Area of Commercial/Retail/Office/Light Industrial uses, which includes 325,000 square feet of destination and Neighborhood Commercial uses and 450,000 square feet of Office and Light Industrial uses; multiple school sites, public and civic uses as described in part by the School Agreement; and at least 481.4 acres of Open Space; and other Recreational Uses.
Project Elements. The scope of the Project consists of the following Project elements and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Perform necessary data collection, data review, and site visit(s) to support the tree planting masterplan, conceptual design and feasibility study.
2. Provide coordination of Project activities with SCTA and Caltrans.
3. Prepare and submit to SCTA and Caltrans, tree planting feasibility study.
4. Provide response to design phase review comments from SCTA and Caltrans.
5. Provide a work plan schedule.
1. Project (no cost) encroachment permitting for site investigations will be issued by SCTA and/or Caltrans
2. Meetings will be conducted remotely, via video/teleconferencing such as MS Teams or Zoom. Site visit to spot-check and visually-inspect as-built conditions will be held in person.
3. SCTA and/or Caltrans shall provide • Available/existing CADD base files, whether design or as-built to supplement County (ISD/GIS) aerial orthorectified aerial mapping • Corridor GIS R/W Base Mapping (ArcGIS) • Prior tree planting/feasibility study reports will be provided
4. County of Sonoma (ISD/GIS) Aerial Orthorectified Mapping (or public domain Google Earth Pro Aerial Mapping) in Zone 2 horizontal coordinates will be used for base mapping, masterplanning, conceptual design, and feasibility study. Zone conversions/rotations between publicly available files and Caltrans CADD files will be best-fit/approximated, and field survey/control is excluded from this scope.
5. Public outreach/stakeholder coordination is excluded from this scope of services.
6. Stakeholder coordination/meetings is limited to Caltrans D4, Office of Landscape Architecture.
