Onsite Programs. The Company shall organize workshops either in association with an entity or independently for groups, corporates, business and non-business entities at domestic and international locations. Based on the location, expertise and other parameters, defined by The Company from time to time an offer shall be floated to select service providers. On express written acceptance of the said offer letter. The Commercials for such sessions shall be mentioned in the offer letter and vary from session to session.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.
