Common use of Open Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Open Enrollment. During the Subscribing Group’s annual open enrollment period any eligible employee, on behalf of himself and his eligible dependents, may elect to enroll in the Plan. Eligible employees and eligible dependents who enroll during the open enrollment period will be covered Members as of the effective date of this Contract or the subsequent anniversary thereof.
