Common use of Open Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Open Enrollment. The Organizer shall not establish admission policies or limit student admissions in any manner in which a public school is not permitted to establish admission policies or limit student admissions, except where enrollment of an applicant who does not have legal settlement in the district in which the Charter School is located is successfully appealed pursuant to IC § 20-5.5-5-1, or as provided in Paragraph 6.3, below.
