Open Rehearsal Sample Clauses
Open Rehearsal. A rehearsal where the public has been invited free of charge.
Open Rehearsal. BI will include all of the following elements as part of an Open Rehearsal:
1. BI will schedule and conduct an Open Rehearsal as a working rehearsal.
2. BI may make performance costumes available for use at ARTIST’s discretion.
3. BI may utilize some scenery, lighting, and props.
4. BI may utilize recorded or live music.
5. The duration of the Open Rehearsal is subject to guidelines specified in Section VI. Article B. 1. and Section VI. Article B. 2. Such information will be included in ARTIST’s daily schedule.
6. BI may invite a paying or non-paying audience.
7. An Open Rehearsal in the studio can take place during a Rehearsal or Performance Week.
8. An Open Rehearsal on stage will take place during the normal Performance/Tech Week schedule.
Open Rehearsal. A rehearsal before an audience of students, donors, or volunteers of the in the case where admission is charged, members of the public. Theatrics: Physical or vocal action beyond that which is typically involved in instrumental performance. Whenever reference to years of service is made herein, it shall mean cumulative years of service.
Open Rehearsal. The Manager will give one open rehearsal of the Production (to which Agents, Casting Directors and Producers, as mutually agreed, are invited) each calendar year, if requested to do so by the Understudies, the date thereof to be mutually agreed between the Managers and the Understudies.
Open Rehearsal. “Open Rehearsal” shall be any activity in the presence of a non-paying audience and which does not result in additional rehearsal or other working time and does not require the Artist to wear performance costumes, performance hair or make-up. Artistic Directors will moderate Open Rehearsals. Artists will not be required to make oral presentations to attendees.
