Opening days. The nursery closes for all public holidays and a further three days per year for staff training. A full list of closure days can be downloaded from the nursery website, updated annually. From time to time the nursery may need to close for essential works, training or relocation. There is no fee reduction applied, the usual month’s fees will apply. In the month of August; attendance is permitted for the first two weeks only, unless The User has re-registered for the following academic year, and re-signed updated Terms and Conditions. Full fees for the month of August will apply regardless of whether The User is permitted to attend for only two weeks, or the entire month.

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.
