Common use of Operation and Maintenance Manuals Clause in Contracts

Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Contract Awarder provisional operation and maintenance manuals in sufficient detail for the Contract Awarder to operate, maintain, dismantle, reassemble, adjust and repair the Plant. The Works shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking-over under Sub­Clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Contract Awarder has received final operation and maintenance manuals in such detail, and any other manuals specified in the Contract Awarder's Requirements for these purposes.
