Operation Lifesaver Program. The Concessionaire must provide an adequate number of Operation Lifesaver Program-qualified instructors who shall offer Operation Lifesaver Program training to the public (including "train the trainer" programs), public safety officials, teachers, community groups and others as required by RTD.
