Operation, Maintenance and Expansion of Airport by the City. (a) The City agrees to operate, maintain and keep in good repair the areas and facilities at the Airport for the public and Company in accordance with the practices of a reasonably prudent airport operator. The City agrees to use reasonable efforts to keep the Airport free from obstructions and to do all things reasonably necessary for the safe, convenient and proper use of the Airport by those who are authorized to use the same. The City agrees to maintain and operate the Airport in accordance with all applicable standards, rules and regulations of the FAA.
