Operation Report. During the Operation Period, Seller shall furnish CEB an Operation Report by the tenth (10th) Business Day of the following month (“Operation Report”). The Operational Report shall include the information required in accordance with Clause 11.2.1.
Operation Report. No later than sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter a reasonably detailed operating report substantially in the form of Exhibit I for the previous calendar quarter;
Operation Report. During the Operation Period, CEB may at any time require, by notice in writing, Seller to furnish such information and data as may be required by CEB. Seller shall, no later than 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of such notice, furnish such information and data as may be required by CEB.
Operation Report. No later than 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter a reasonably detailed operating report substantially in the form of Exhibit C for the previous calendar quarter, which shall include reasonably detailed information with respect to the Project including a quarterly and year-to-date line item comparison of actual operating and financial results to the current budget; and
Operation Report. Together with each set of annual financial statements provided by Republic pursuant to Section 6.1(a), Republic shall provide a report of its operational statistics for the corresponding year, which report shall include information on yield, ASM, RPM, RASM, CASM and average stage length, and such other Republic operational statistics as the Lender shall have reasonably requested.
