Operational Report definition

Operational Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12. “[***]” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(c).

Operational Report means a report certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, in form reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders, delivered in accordance with Section 5.04(k), setting forth operational statistics, including, without limitation, rates of Attrition and the associated Gross Commission Value as of the end of the week immediately preceding the week during which such Operational Report is delivered.
