Common use of Operator in Charge Clause in Contracts

Operator in Charge. The DG Owner/Operator shall identify an individual (by name or title) who will perform as “Operator in Charge” of the Facilities and Interconnection Facilities. This individual must be familiar with this Agreement as well as the Rules and any other agreements or regulations that may apply.
