Common use of Operator in Charge Clause in Contracts

Operator in Charge. The Cooperative and the Member shall each identify an individual (by name or title) who will perform as "Operator in Charge" of the facilities and their section of the Interconnection Facilities. This individual must be familiar with this Agreement as well as provisions of other agreements and any regulations that may apply.
