OPERATOR'S FEE. 11.1 The Operator may charge the following sums in return for its head office overhead functions which are not charged directly: (a) with respect to Programs: (i) 2% for each individual contract which expressly includes an overhead charge by the party contracted; (ii) 5% for each individual contract which exceeds $50,000 and is not subject to Section 11.1(a)(i) hereof; or (iii) 10% of all other Costs not included in Sections 11.1(a)(i) and 11.1(a)(ii); (b) with respect to Construction: 1% of all other such Costs; and (c) subsequent to the Completion Date: 3.5% of all Operating Costs.

OPERATOR'S FEE. 6.1 The Operator may charge the following sums in satisfaction of its general overhead costs which are not charged directly as provided in the Accounting Procedure: (a) with respect to Programs: (i) 2% for each individual contract which includes an overhead charge by the person contracted; (ii) 5% for each individual contract which exceeds $100,000 and does not include an overhead charge by the person contracted; (iii) 10% of all other Exploration Costs; (b) with respect to Construction, 1% of all Construction Costs; (c) subsequent to the Completion Date, 5% of all Operating Costs.
OPERATOR'S FEE. 5.01 Except if Subsection 4.07(d) applies, the Optionee shall pay the Operator a fee for its services with respect to Programs as follows, which amount shall be paid promptly upon being invoiced: (a) 10% for each individual contract which is not more than $100,000; (b) 8% for each individual contract which exceeds $100,000; (c) 10% of all other Costs not included in clauses 5.01(a) and 5.01(b).

(b) with respect to Mine development during the Construction Period: two percent (2%) of all Construction Costs; (c) Subsequent to the Completion Date: two percent (2%) of all Costs incurred after the Completion Date.
OPERATOR'S FEE. The Operator, if a Participant, may charge the following amounts as Joint Venture Expenditures: (a) all amounts that the Operator disburses as Expenditures, including all documented and reasonable amounts owed to project vendors contracted by it and all other documented and reasonable amounts paid directly by the Operator to other persons on behalf of the Joint Venture; (b) break-even compensation for the Operator’s costs and expenses documented and reasonably incurred in: (i) managing Section 6.28(a) above, including the internal employee costs, general and administrative costs and overhead that the Operator allocates to the Joint Venture Activities; (ii) in performing other Joint Venture Activities, including the internal employee costs, general and administrative costs and overhead that the Operator allocates to the Joint Venture Activities; and (c) [REDACTED - COMMERCIALLY SENSITIVE INFORMATION] (the “Cost-plus Fee”).
OPERATOR'S FEE. 5.1 The Optionors in their capacity as operators of the work programs during the Option Period, to be conducted pursuant to §2.2, may charge a fee (the “Operator’s Fee”) equal to ten percent (10%) of Expenditures. 5.2 The Operator’s Fee shall include but not be limited to all of the Optionors’ home office overhead costs and all general and administrative expenses including telephone, faxes, and direct management salaries and wages.

OPERATOR'S FEE. 7.1. The Operator may charge the following sums in return for its head office overhead functions which are not charged directly: (a) with respect to Programs: (i) 2% for each individual contract which expressly includes an overhead charge by the party contracted; (ii) 5% for each individual contract which exceeds $50,000 and is not subject to clause 7.1. (a)(i) hereof; (iii) 15% of all other Costs not included in clauses 7.1. (a)(i) and (ii); (b) with respect to Construction: 2 % of all other such Costs; (c) subsequent to the Completion Date: 3.5% of Operating Costs. 7.2. The Operator will be entitled to an Operator’s bonus equal to 10% of the Net Proceeds of Production, as defined in Appendix II attached hereto, for any quarter where Operating Cash Costs averages an amount equal to or lesser than $230 US per oz of gold commercially produced from the Property. The Operator’s bonus will be paid within 30 days from receipt by Sunburst de Mexico of proceeds of sale of Minerals effectively produced for the respective quarter. The cost for estimating the Net Proceeds of Production, will be similar to what the mining industry defines as the mine production cash cost. No interest, exploration or construction cost will be included in estimation the Net Proceeds of Production to calculate de Operator’s Production Bonus. 7.3. The Operator and Sunburst Mexico shall account and properly record all Costs incurred in Mining Operations in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the mining industry in Canada. The calculation of the Operator’s fee and the Operators bonus set out in Subsections 7.1. and 7.2. shall be determined in accordance with such accounting principles.
OPERATOR'S FEE. (a) The Operator shall be entitled to be paid or credited with a fee (the “Operator’s Fee”) equal to 5% of all Expenditures, excluding the Operator’s Fees. (b) The amount of the Operator’s Fee paid to the Operator shall be included in the determination of the Option Expenditures and shall not be in addition to such amounts required to exercise the First Option, the Second Option or the Third Option (as applicable).
