OPERATOR'S FEE. 11.1 The Operator may charge the following sums in return for its head office overhead functions which are not charged directly:

OPERATOR'S FEE. Subject to clause 7.8(13), the Operator may charge a fee (the “Operator’s Fee”) for management of the Joint Venture, which fee will be as follows:

It is the intent of the Participants that the Operation shall neither lose nor profit by reason of its duties or responsibility as Operator.
