Production Bonus definition

Production Bonus means any bonus payable by the Parties under the Contract on attainment of any specified rate, level or quantity of production of Hydrocarbons.

Recompletion means an operation whereby a Completion in a Zone (or part of a Zone) is abandoned in order to attempt a Completion in a different Zone (or different part of a Zone) within the existing wellbore. Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set out in Article 8.4.C.

Production Bonus. A bonus percentage is based on each Registered Representative/Agent's aggregate sales of all Southland products during the six-month periods ending June 30 and December 31 of each year. To qualify for a bonus, Registered Representative/Agent must have an aggregate Southland 13-month persistency of 85% or higher calculated at the end of the bonus period.
