Optional Demolition Allowance. Demolition of abandoned existing classroom facilities, which are not required to be demolished in order to complete the Local Project Phase; budget calculated as defined in Administrative Rule 3318:1-03. A condition precedent to the Commission establishing credit for the demolition of a facility shall be the School District Board’s verification of compliance with ORC Section 3313.41.
