Optional Group Life Insurance – Employee and Spouse. (b) The Employer shall provide for all employees through a contract with an insurer selected by the Employer, Optional Group Life Insurance up to a maximum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the employee and/or two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the employee’s spouse, with evidence of insurability. The employee shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums.
