Optional Services Fees. If GT provides any special features in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.7, Company shall pay the associated Optional Services Fees set forth in Attachment C. [*] hours of such services for each year of the term of the Agreement shall be provided as specified in Attachment C at no charge. GT will invoice Company every thirty (30) days for Optional Service Fees incurred or based upon project milestone attainment, as mutually agreed by the parties for each project.

Optional Services Fees. The Platform offers optional services which may be selected by the Custodian at any time on the platform. While the Platform may be pre-set to charge default rates for these optional services, these prices may be modified at any time by the Custodian on an individual record basis. Payment Processing: The Company uses a vendor to process electronic credit and debit card payments. When payments are registered on our site, five percent (5%) of the total charge incurred for the base medical record or optional services will be deducted by the Company for payment processing.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Services Fee 5.1 The Transmission Services performed by TSO to Network User under this Standard Transmission Agreement are subject to the applicable Services fee calculated in accordance with attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission. In the event of any modification to the Regulated Tariffs, the Total Monthly Fee(s) and the Total Monthly Self-billing Fee(s) provided for in this Article 5.1 shall be adapted as from the calendar day of the entering into force of the modifications.

  • Service Fees Pricing and procedure details provided in the original signed agreement.

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
