Common use of Order of Cases Clause in Contracts

Order of Cases. All docketed cases will be heard in the following order: discharges, suspensions, followed by regular (non-discipline and contract inter- pretation) cases. Any carry-over cases will be heard prior to newly docketed cases regardless of grievant(s) presence. In the event that a grievant is present to testify, those cases will be heard first within their respective category.
