Order of Indefinite/Permanent Displacement. Except in cases where specialized work or skill or trained personnel are required on the job, employees in the affected classification and department shall be displaced in reverse order of seniority in the case of indefinite displacement or permanent elimination of a position or service.

  • COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT The District and the Union agree that this contract is complete.
