In the event the eliminated Faculty position is needed within three (3) years of the reduction in force, the reappointment of non-probationary Faculty Member(s) will occur in order of Seniority for Faculty Member(s) with satisfactory prior performance reviews in the last evaluation period. Where there are two (2) or more non-probationary persons with the exact same Seniority, levels of academic qualifications will be used by the CAO to determine the order of reappointment.
