Reappointment definition

Reappointment means the granting of continued appointment to the Medical Staff by the Board or the granting of continued permission to practice to an Advanced Practice Professional or Licensed Independent Practitioner.
Reappointment means the granting of continued Appointment to the Medical Staff, and LIP Staff by the Board. For ease of use, when applicable to an LIP, any reference to “Reappointment” shall be interpreted as a reference to continued permission to practice.
