ORDERING OF TEMPORARY AGENCY WORKERS. 3.1 The Managed Service Provider shall have the facility for Hiring Managers to request a Temporary Agency Worker via a variety of channels (i.e. via email, telephone, or through an electronic booking system) and in a manner which is instantaneous. The Customer shall define the preferred method(s) of format(s) prior to the commencement of the Contract.
