Organic Materials Collection Services. A. Three-Container Collection System. Franchisee shall provide Organic Materials Collection service, as part of the City’s three-Container Collection program for the separate Collection of Source Separated Recyclable Materials, Source Separated Organic Materials, and Solid Waste, in accordance with the applicable Franchise Agreement(s) between the Franchisee and City for each Discarded Material type. Franchisee shall ensure that the Organic Materials services provided under this Agreement are at all times performed in accordance with Applicable Law, including SB 1383, and operationally align with the Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials in order to operate a successful three-Container Collection system.

Organic Materials Collection Services. A. Three-Container Collection System. Contractor shall provide Organic Materials Collection service, as part of the City’s three-Container Collection program for the separate Collection of Source Separated Recyclable Materials, Source Separated Organic Materials, and Solid Waste, in accordance with the applicable Franchise Agreement(s) between the Contractor and City for each Discarded Material type. Deleted: Single-Family Customers with a disability shall have the option of placing their Containers near their dwelling, visible from the curb, and the Franchisee will Collect their Containers at this location and return Container to same location. Franchisee will notify residents annually, beginning within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement, of this Collection option. To be eligible for this Collection option, residents must present proof of their disability to the Franchisee. Deleted: B.

  • Available Services Subject to the terms of this agreement, Manager may obtain any of the Available Services from Sprint Spectrum in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.1.   • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Services, Materials, and Equipment Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, heat, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities, and all other facilities, incidentals, and services necessary for the construction, performance, testing, start-up, inspection and completion of the Work.

  • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Repair Services RIM, either directly or through its authorized service providers, will provide You with Repair Services using new or refurbished parts or a new or refurbished BlackBerry PlayBook. Any Repair Services under this Agreement are conditioned upon the return of Your BlackBerry PlayBook to RIM or a RIM authorized service provider (as set out in Your RMA form). In the event RIM provides You with a replacement BlackBerry PlayBook (an “Advanced Exchange PlayBook” or “Advanced Exchange Service”) or when the exchange of the BlackBerry PlayBook (or parts thereof) are provided under this Agreement, Your BlackBerry PlayBook or Your BlackBerry PlayBook parts received by RIM or RIM’s authorized service provider become the property of RIM and the Advanced Exchange PlayBook or BlackBerry PlayBook parts sent to You by RIM or RIM’s authorized service provider become Yours.
