Organisation of this report. This report will first outline the existing marine infrastructure initiatives, and their specific remits, with a focus on their long-term sustainability. The following section will then summarise the progress made within FixO3 to engage with these initiatives, primarily at a data manager / observatory level. The final section will summarise the formal agreements made with some of these initiatives to ensure the continued delivery of FixO3 observatory data.

Organisation of this report. In the following chapters, the main results of the work effort are summarised. A brief description the HPC platform which hosted the computations, is carried out together with the dependencies of the application HemoCell. The scalability, profiling results are then presented. The following chapter is dedicated to the optimisation effort. The last chapter consists of suggestions of alternatives to Palabos, the LBM library which lies at the heart of the HemoCell code. Setup (hardware configuration and Simulation parameters) The HemoCell code (V1.4) was retrieved from the HemoCell webpage (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx) and was setup from source. With respect to the compiling and running requirements, the following dependencies versions in Table 1 were used.   • Variation of this Agreement 9.01 The “Bank” may, from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion and determination vary, change, alter, modify, and/ or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which variation, change, alteration, modification and/or amendment shall immediately become binding on the “Cardholder”.   • Application of this Agreement 2.1 All facilities made available by the Bank to any Person in respect of a Card or a Card Account are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time subject to prior notice) and any other applicable terms and conditions. A Person becomes subject to such terms and conditions (if not already so subject) by signing, activating or using a Card or permitting its use.

  • Application of this clause (a) The Recipient must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause 9.

  • Execution of this Agreement This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes.

  • SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT 2.1. This Agreement, including Parts A through L, Tables One and Two and exhibits, specifies the rights and obligations of each Party with respect to the establishment, purchase, and sale of Local Interconnection, Collocation, resale of Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements. Certain terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings defined in PART A – DEFINITIONS, or as otherwise elsewhere defined throughout this Agreement. Other terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Act and in the FCC’s and the Commission’s rules, regulations and orders. PART B sets forth the general terms and conditions governing this Agreement. The remaining Parts set forth, among other things, descriptions of the services, pricing, technical and business requirements, and physical and network security requirements.

  • Duration of this Agreement The Term of this Agreement shall be as specified in Schedule A hereto.

  • Registration of this Agreement (a) The Developer agrees to procure the registration of this agreement under the Real Property Xxx 0000 (NSW) in the relevant folios of the Register of the Land in accordance with section 7.6 of the Act.

  • Investigation of Accidents The Occupational Health and Safety Committees, as provided in Clause 22.2, shall be notified of each accident or injury and shall investigate and report to the Union and Employer on the nature and cause of the accident or injury. In the event of a fatality the Employer shall immediately notify the President of the nature and circumstances of the accident.
