ORIENTATION AND INSERVICE. 22.01 It is agreed that an orientation and in-service program will be provided in order to familiarize newly hired nurses with the Health Unit and update present nurses as to changes in theory, procedure and practices. 22.02 The period of orientation to the Health Unit will be a minimum of two weeks.
