Orientation Of New Members. During a newly hired Employee's orientation period, a union representative from the Regional Health Authority shall be provided up to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes, plus necessary travel time, from her regular shift of duty without loss of pay in order to introduce the union to the Employee.
