OSD Only. The Employer will pay one-half (½) hour overtime to Dorm Counselors who are unable to take their rest breaks. Further, should scheduling of LPNs and/or Child Care Workers result in their being unable to take breaks in the future, those employees will also be paid one-half (½) hour overtime.
