Common use of Other Complaints Clause in Contracts

Other Complaints. CONTRACTOR shall keep a log of complaints if reasonably practical. If AGENCY requires activities which result in a rate increase which causes excessive complaints, CONTRACTOR shall be excused from logging complaints relative to those activities for a period of three (3) months from the effective date of the increase, but shall refer complainants to the MANAGER. CONTRACTOR shall not be required to keep a log of complaints related to any legal complaint. If complaints are deemed reasonable, CONTRACTOR shall take whatever action it deems necessary to respond to such complaint. Any violation of this Paragraph shall constitute a minor breach.
