OTHER CONTRACT VIOLATIONS a. Should the Forest Officer observe a condition that violates the terms of this Contract, the Forest Officer may verbally notify the Purchaser or its employees or subcontractors of such condition and immediately suspend all or part of the operations in the sale area to prevent harm to the interests of the State or the public. Should the Purchaser or its employees or subcontractors fail to comply with any verbal suspension order, the Administrator may terminate the Contract pursuant to Section IV. B.
