OTHER CREDIT. To the extent the City receives revenues for the use and lease of all, or any part, of the 108,000 square feet of undeveloped Concourse A baggage sortation space, such revenues will be allocated to the cost centers of the Airport in the same proportion as debt service on Bonds issued for the Original Airport Project.

OTHER CREDIT. Finlay has in place not less than $100,000,000 of credit facilities in addition to the credit facilities provided under this Agreement;
OTHER CREDIT. Finlay shall, at all times have in place not less than $100,000,000 of credit facilities (including the Dollar Facility and/or other credit facilities satisfactory in all respects to the Agent but other than this Agreement).
OTHER CREDIT. The parties acknowledge the Bank may extend additional credit to the Borrower in such amounts and upon such terms and conditions as the Bank in its sole discretion may agree. In the event the Bank extends additional credit, it is agreed that the same is agreed to be issued pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The note(s) or agreement(s) represent ing such obligations shall be deemed issued pursuant to the terms of this Agreement for all intents and purposes, including but not limited to, the collateral securing such credit and rights of accelera tion upon default as herein provided.
OTHER CREDIT. We shall place the Other Credit (as shown overleaf) on Your account with Us provided that You provide Us with evidence (which We will solely decide whether such evidence is satisfactory) as to the amount due and payable to Your existing Service Provider. If You do not fully comply with the provisions of this clause within 3 months of the commencement of this Contract We shall be under no obligation to provide You with the Other Credit.
OTHER CREDIT disclosures
a) A debt collection service we engage; and
b) Anyone who takes, or is considering taking, an assignment of any debt you owe us.
