Other District Work. This Agreement shall be limited to the construction work within the Scope of this Agreement including, specifically, site preparation and related demolition work, and new construction and major rehabilitation work for new or existing facilities referenced in Section 2.2 above. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted to prohibit, restrict, or interfere with the performance of any other operation, work or function not covered by this Agreement, which may be performed by District employees or contracted for by the District for its own account, on its property or in and around a Project site.

  • District Approval The work completed herein must meet the approval of the District and shall be subject to the District’s general right of inspection and supervision to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.

  • District Compliance The District shall conform to and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements imposed by state or federal law or regulations adopted under state or federal law.
