Other Employee Benefits. The amount of any compensation deemed to be received by Employee as a result of this Agreement and the issuance of shares of Stock hereunder, shall not constitute “earnings” or “compensation” with respect to which any other employee benefits of Employee are determined, including without limitation benefits under any pension, profit sharing, 401(k), bonus, life insurance or salary continuation plan, except to the extent specifically provided in such separate plan or agreement.
