Employees shall not, for the duration of this contract, set themselves up or engage in private business or undertake other employment in direct or indirect competition with the employer using knowledge or materials gained during the course of employment with the employer. However, they may undertake other employment so long as such employment is in their own time and does not conflict with the employment with the employer.
