Other Employment or Conflicts of Interest. For the duration of employment with Xxxxxx Bros, Employees shall not set themselves up or engage in private business or undertake other employment in direct or indirect competition with Xxxxxx Bros or use knowledge or materials gained during the course of employment with Xxxxxx Bros for that purpose. No other employment shall be undertaken in conflict with the Employee’s employment with Xxxxxx Bros.
