Other Fixed Term Employment. An employee employed on fixed-term employment by the University (other than in the type referred at subclauses 19.3 and 19.4.1 or by subclause 19.5) will be entitled to severance pay in accordance with the table in this subclause. Up to 3 years No payment 3 years and up to the completion of 4 years 4 weeks pay 4 years and up to the completion of 5 years 5 weeks pay 5 years and up to the completion of 6 years 6 weeks pay 6 years and up to the completion of 8 years 7 weeks pay 8 years and up to the completion of 9 years 8 weeks pay 9 years and up to the completion of 10 years 9 weeks pay 10 years and over 2 weeks’ pay for each completed year of service
