1. Attend O.E.A. Delegate Assembly
2. President’s Conference
3. Participate in legislative lobbying Request to use Association leave will be made to the building principal twenty-four (24) hours in advance. With the exception of the N.E.A. President, no one person may use more than two (2) days of Association leave in one school year with no more than two (2) teachers absent per building per day.
