If a particular Product or component is covered by its own license terms (“Separate License Terms”), typically in the form of a (i) "click-to-accept" agreement included as part of the installation and/or download process, or (ii) "shrink- wrap" agreement included in the packaging for the Product, or (iii) notice indicating that by installation and/or use thereof the related license terms apply, then, in case of conflict with the terms of this Agreement, such Separate License Terms shall (a) prevail with regard to Products or components for which RSA is not the licensor; and (b) not prevail with regard to a Product or component for which RSA is the licensor.

K. License by Customer to Host Customer Data. Customer grants RedSeal, its Affiliates and its hosting providers, a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display customer data as necessary for RedSeal to provide the Services and Support in accordance with this Agreement and Order Forms. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, RedSeal acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or its licensors under this Agreement in or to any Customer Data, Non-RedSeal intellectual property or program code.
Other License Terms. If a particular Product is provided with a "clickwrap" agreement included as part of the installation and/or download process, or a "shrinkwrap" agreement included in the packaging for the Product, the terms of such clickwrap or shrinkwrap agreement shall, in case of conflict with the terms of this XXXX, (i) prevail with regard to Products for which LICENSOR is not the licensor; and (ii) not prevail with regard to Products for which LICENSOR is the licensor.
Other License Terms. The Licensee agrees to purchase all long-lasting surface protectant products from Zsystems or CleanSpace Technology™. Purchases shall be made by way of Licensee providing a formal Pur- chase Order. Licensee shall pay the corresponding Zsystems/CleanSpace Technology™ invoice upon receipt. The Licensee shall provide a separate formal Purchase Order for the entire annual amount of the Li- cense Fee and shall receive and pay each monthly invoice as stated in Item 9, pg. 9, License Fee. Item 4 – Commencement Date – The License commences on the date signed by Licensee Item 5 – Expiry Date – 12 months from the date of commencement or with proper written 30-day notifica- tion prior to the party’s intent to withdraw from this agreement.
Other License Terms. The yearly license renews automatically if payment is received before the expiry date. If the payment has not been received within one month from this date, the license will not be renewed. In this case, new licenses will be offered at a preferential rate during maximum six months following termination. The date of the invoice. One year or x months from the commencement date, as specified by the type of license on the invoice. Extensions can be granted by the Licensor, see Item 12 (interruption of support).

Other License Terms. The following additional license terms shall apply to the licenses granted in Sections 2, 4 and 5 of this Exhibit:
(a) Vendor agrees that World Wide Services may use contractors to perform the evaluation and/or the professional services involving a Licensed Work for a licensee customer. Cadence agrees that the World Wide Services will not use any Licensed Work in its professional services for a customer except as expressly authorized in this Exhibit, and that World Wide Services will only grant access to the Licensed Works licensed under this Exhibit to those of its employees and/or contractors (1) performing the permitted evaluation (Section 2) or (2) performing the specific professional services engagement for such licensee customer (Sections 4 and 5). Cadence and its Subsidiaries shall impose confidentiality obligations and use restrictions on their contractors so using the Licensed Work as permitted hereunder.
(b) With respect to a Licensed Work licensed to World Wide Services under Section 2 hereof, World Wide Services shall be entitled to receive, at no charge, all Maintenance Modifications and Enhancements to such Licensed Work that are released by Vendor during the applicable evaluation period(s). With respect to a Licensed Work licensed to World Wide Services under Section 5, World Wide Services shall be entitled to receive from Vendor, at no charge, all Maintenance Modifications and Enhancements to such Licensed Work that are released by Vendor during the period World Wide Services performs the specific professional services engagement for such licensee customer, but only to the same extent such licensee customer would be entitled to receive such Maintenance Modifications or Enhancements.
(c) The provisions of this Exhibit E shall survive termination of the OEM Agreement for whatever reason, until completion of all relevant professional services engagements. CADENCE CONFIDENTIAL SOFTWARE OEM LICENSE AGREEMENT
Other License Terms. Except as specifically amended herein, all other terms of the License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
