License by Customer. Customer grants Corelight, its Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to use, copy, transmit, host, and display any Non-Corelight Functionality and program code created by or for Customer using an Offering or for use by Customer with the Offerings, and Customer Data, each as appropriate for Corelight to provide and ensure proper operation of the Offerings and associated systems in accordance with this Agreement. If Customer chooses to use a Non-Corelight Functionality with an Offering, Customer grants Corelight permission to allow the Non-Corelight Functionality and its provider to access Customer Data and information about Customer’s usage of the Non-Corelight Functionality as appropriate for the interoperation of that Non-Corelight Functionality with the Offering. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Corelight acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or its licensors under this Agreement in or to any Customer Data, Non-Corelight Functionality, or such program code.
License by Customer. Customer grants to Standards Digital a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use and incorporate into its Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of Standards Digital’s or its Affiliates’ Services. The Customer accepts that Standards Digital may refer to the Customer’s use of the Services in their general marketing activities, unless the Customer specifically and in writing decides otherwise.
License by Customer. 4.1. Customer hereby irrevocably grants to Vendor, its Affiliates, and each of their respective Personnel all rights and permissions in or relating to Customer Data, any Third Party Applications or Third Party Materials provided or made available by Customer, and any program code created by or for Customer using the Service, in each case, as necessary for any of them to enforce this Agreement (to the extent permitted hereby), exercise their respective rights, and perform their respective obligations, including integration with a Third Party Application in accordance with Section 6 below. Subject to the limited rights and licenses granted herein, Vendor acquires under this Agreement no right, title, or interest from Customer or its licensors in or to any Customer Data, Third Party Application, Third Party Materials, or program code created by or for Customer using the Service.
4.2. In addition, Customer hereby grants to Vendor and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Service any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided to Vendor or its Affiliates or its or their Personnel by Customer, its Affiliates, Users, or Investors relating to the operation of the Service. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Vendor will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to any Intellectual Property Rights in any Modification that incorporates any such suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback into the Service, and Customer will, and will cause its and its Affiliates’ Personnel to, upon Vendor’s request, assign to Vendor in writing any proprietary interest in any Modification.
License by Customer. Customer hereby grants to InuuxData a non- exclusive, limited, royalty-free license, without right to sublicense, to use the Customer Materials solely as necessary to perform the Services for Customer. Customer reserves all other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

Customer reserves all other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

You agree to waive Your right to be identified as the author of such content or information and Your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content. You agree to perform all further acts necessary to protect any of the above rights granted by You, including execution of deeds and documents at Xxxxxx's request. Frappe may, but shall have no obligation to, use feedback provided by You to improve the Website or Service without notice and without any attribution.
