Common use of Other Local Public Officials Clause in Contracts

Other Local Public Officials. No other public official, who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of administration, construction, engineering or implementation of the TxCDBG award between TDA and the City, shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in the Firm or this Agreement; and the Firm shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.

Other Local Public Officials. No other public official, official who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of administration, construction, engineering or implementation of the TxCDBG award between TDA and the City, County shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in the Firm Contractor or this Agreement; and the Firm Contractor shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.
