Common use of Other Local Public Officials Clause in Contracts

Other Local Public Officials. No other public official, who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of administration, construction, engineering or implementation of the CDBG-dr award between GLO and the City, shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in the Firm or this Agreement; and the Firm shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.

Other Local Public Officials. No other public official, who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of administration, construction, engineering or implementation of the CDBG-dr CDBG Regional MIT MOD award between GLO and the City/County, shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in the Firm or this Agreement; and the Firm shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.

Other Local Public Officials. No other public official, who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of administration, construction, engineering or implementation of the CDBG-dr MIT award between GLO and the CityCounty, shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in the Firm or this Agreement; and the Firm shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.

Other Local Public Officials. No other public official, who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of administration, construction, engineering or implementation of the CDBG-dr MIT award between GLO and the City/County, shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in the Firm Contractor or this AgreementContract; and the Firm Contractor shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.
