OTHER PASSENGERS AND FREIGHT. Where they can do so without unduly prejudicing or interfering with their operations hereunder and subject to the payment to them of the charges prescribed by and for the time being payable under any by‑laws made by the Joint Venturers in respect of the transporting of passengers and the carriage of freight over the said railway and subject to the due compliance with the other requirements and conditions prescribed by such by‑laws (or should there be no such by‑laws for the time being in force then subject to the payment of such charges and the due compliance with such requirements and conditions as in either case are reasonable having regard to the cost to the Joint Venturers of the construction and operation of the said railway) the Joint Venturers will if and when reasonably required so to do by the State transport passengers and carry the freight of the State and third parties over the said railway but in relation to the carriage of such freight the Joint Venturers will not be deemed to be a common carrier at law or otherwise.   • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Destination The term (“Destination”) means delivered to the receiving dock or other point specified in the applicable Contract Document.

  • Network Etiquette You are expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Roaming All domestic data, roaming, and in-network charges are included in your Patriot Mobile plan. You will not receive roaming charges. However, excessive roaming may result in your ability to roam being blocked by Patriot Mobile.

  • Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Carrier Carrier shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, at its sole expense, insurance sufficient to cover any and all damages, liability and obligations contemplated by this Agreement. If Carrier’s need for Currency exceeds the insurance limits specified below, Carrier shall increase such limits and provide verification thereof.
