Other Rates of Pay. 3.6.1 Summer school teachers shall be paid according to the following formula: Standard Teacher Cost* / 200 days per year / 9.1 hours per day = hourly rate of remuneration *Standard Teacher Cost is the amount charged to schools on a yearly basis for each full-time equivalent teacher.
