ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. Section A: During the formulation of recommendations to the Board for the establishment of any new positions, or the elimination of any existing positions involving certificated professional personnel below the rank of Superintendent, it is desirable that the Administration consults with representatives of the Association so that consideration may be given to the Association’s views.
Section B: The Board and the Association agree that prior to any Board action regarding the establishment of any new positions or the elimination of any existing positions involving certificated professional personnel below the rank of Superintendent, an opportunity shall be provided for Association representatives to express their views directly to the Board regarding the proposed action.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. Consultant may use additional personnel to support the requirements of Client under this Agreement. The additional personnel will only be used after Client has agreed in writing to: (a) such addition; (b) the compensation for such addition; (c) the term of such addition, and (d) such addition is made a part of this Agreement by an amendment to Exhibit A and executed by both parties.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. If additional personnel are required, the device carrier will use the appropriate call-out list to staff the project. Any new calls that come in while the device carrier is called in will go to the device carrier in the affected list. At the completion of the project, the device carrier will inform dispatch and ask if there are any other calls for their department before leaving duty.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. Marketer agrees that Company shall have no obligation to Marketer to add personnel, equipment or facilities in order to perform any activities under this Agreement.

ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. A. The Board and the Association agree that at least two weeks prior to the submission of any recommendations to the Board of Education for the establishment of any new positions, or the elimination of any existing positions, involving certificated professional personnel within the bargaining group, the administration shall consult with representatives of the Association so that consideration may be given to the Association's views during the formulation of any plans, projects, or proposals.
B. The Board and the Association agree that prior to any Board action regarding the establishment of any new positions involving the certificated professional personnel within the bargaining group, an opportunity shall be provided for Association representatives to meet with the Board and express their views directly regarding any such proposed action, priorities, or projects.
C. An administrative position will be filled on an interim basis when, in the opinion of the Superintendent, it best serves the interest of the Manchester Public Schools.
1. There shall be specific authorization and approval by the Superintendent at four- month intervals to continue an interim appointment beyond four (4) calendar months.
2. If a position continues for more than two months, the person filling the position shall be paid on the appropriate salary step based on experience and shall pay dues to the MSAA.
3. If the position is to be continued and to be filled by permanent certified appointment, the position shall be posted to be filled for the subsequent school year.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. Contractor shall be wholly responsible for the work to be performed.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. Dominion will provide sufficient personnel to perform the tasks for which it is responsible in this Exhibit throughout the Agreement Term. These additional personnel shall have knowledge, skills, and experience sufficient to perform these tasks efficiently and competently.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. In addition to Amdocs’ Key Personnel, Amdocs shall make available such additional Amdocs Personnel as is reasonably determined by Clearwire to be necessary to properly perform the Services.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. In addition to the managerial staff described above, the Contractor shall provide the Executive Chef, who shall be paid by the Contractor. An Executive Chef shall have at least ten (10) years’ experience in the management of a full-service kitchen. This experience will include dining, catering, support of satellite operations and staff management.
