Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.
Displacement Rights Employees covered by this Agreement affected by a University decision to lay off employees shall be allowed to exercise displacement rights. This election must be made by giving notice to the Office of Human Resources within fifteen (15) days of the notice to the employee and Union of the layoff.
Room Condition The university agrees to provide and the resident agrees to maintain the assigned room and all public areas in and around the immediate building(s) accessible to the resident in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. Upon termination of this agreement, the student should leave the assigned room, its furnishings, and its equipment in as good an order and condition as the same were upon commencement of the student’s occupancy, ordinary wear and tear excepted. University staff will complete an inventory of furnishings and an assessment of damages; charges will be assessed to the responsible individual(s). Personal property left in a room following the termination of occupancy will be deemed abandoned. Students will be charged for the removal of such property.

Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Extended Time Teachers, including but not limited to counselors, special education building coordinators, and library media specialists, who are assigned extended time beyond the school year to complete their regular school year duties will be paid on a pro-rata basis from the applicable salary schedule.

System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number.
