Other Telecommunications Traffic Sample Clauses
The 'Other Telecommunications Traffic' clause defines how telecommunications traffic that does not fall under standard or specifically defined categories is to be handled between parties. This clause typically outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and any applicable charges for the exchange or management of such miscellaneous or non-standard traffic, such as calls routed through third-party networks or international carriers. Its core function is to ensure that all types of telecommunications traffic are accounted for and managed appropriately, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring clarity in the handling of less common or exceptional traffic scenarios.

FX Telephone Numbers are those telephone numbers with rating and routing points that are different from those of the geographic area in which the End User is physically located. FX Telephone Numbers that deliver second dial tone with the ability for the calling party to enter access codes and an additional recipient telephone number remain classified as FGA calls and are subject to the originating and terminating carriers’ tariffed Switched Exchange Access rates (also known as “Meet Point Billed” compensation).
