Other Titles. Any Buyer identified on the facing page or signature page of this Agreement or in any amendment hereto or as designated with consent of the Agent in any assignment agreement as Lead Arranger, Documentation Agent, or any similar titles, shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement as a result of such title other than those applicable to all Buyers as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Buyers so identified shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Buyer as a result of such title. Each Buyer acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Buyer so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
Other Titles. No Lender identified in this Agreement as a “Documentation Agent” or a “Syndication Agent” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in this Article VIII.
Other Titles. None of the institutions identified as "Syndication Agent" or "Documentation Agent" on the title page to this Agreement shall have any obligations, liabilities or duties under this Agreement other than those applicable to a Lender (but only if such institution is a Lender) as such, and no such institution shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any such institution in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.
Other Titles. Wherever the Collective Agreement refers to Supervisor, Board of Directors or Executive Director, or Board Operated Residential Services, it shall also mean Director, Regional Co-ordinator, and Youth Assessment Centre respectively.
Other Titles. Neither the Syndication Agent as listed on the cover page to this Agreement nor the Documentation Agent as listed on the cover page to this Agreement shall have any rights, obligations, or duties in such capacities under this Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
Other Titles. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as an "arranger" or other similar title or capacity shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified as an "arranger" or other similar title or capacity shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or taking or not taking action hereunder.
Other Titles. The Co-Syndication Agents, the Co-Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners are designated as such on the cover page of this Agreement but are not parties to this Agreement in such capacities and have no duties, liabilities or obligations in such capacities hereunder.
Other Titles. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as an "arranger" or "bookrunner" or "syndication agent" or other similar title or capacity shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such, except the rights of the Arranger as set forth in subsections 12.7 and 13.
Other Titles. No Lender identified in this Agreement as a “Documentation Agent” or a “Syndication Agent” (except as otherwise expressly set forth herein with regards to matters relating to Mortgaged Property) shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in this Article VIII.
(u) Section 9.14 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Other Titles. Neither the Arranger nor the Book Runner as listed on the cover page to this Agreement shall have any rights, obligations, or duties in such capacities under this Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
